Description:

International Business is an introductory Business class that will cover basic business topics from a global perspective. From geography to culture, global business is an exciting topic in the business community today. This course is designed to help students develop the appreciation, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to live and work in a global marketplace.

FROM THE TEACHER

God’s Word tells us that we have been uniquely created in God’s image- that he has given us special gifts and talents. God has called each of us to share our talents and abilities with those around us, to be His image bearers, bringing light to a dark world. God’s Word tells us that “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man…Colossians 3:23.” If you believe that God is calling you into business, where you work will become your mission field – no matter where in the world that business leads you. International Business will introduce you to the basics of business education. We will look at how business is conducted from a global perspective, but at the same time understand that we want to bring the Light of God with us as we further the Gospel of Christ.
