This course will give you the basic fundamentals to start working in the kitchen and gaining experience as you explore and establish your talents for preparing food in a creative, safe way. The recipes will include some main courses, snacks, and desserts. You will also learn about the restaurant industry, its history, its basic business model, and the skills and responsibilities of good employees.
