Advanced Creative Writing

Description:

Not returning for 24-25

This class is for students in Grades 10-12 who have successfully completed Creative Writing (CRWR201). Students will be challenged to compose original fiction, non-fiction and verse, as well as song lyrics and dramatic scenes. Students will be expected to present writing ready for publishing as planning, writing, and revising will be the focus.

Special Notes:

This course counts as an English elective and may not meet the requirements for English transfer credit to another high school or as English credit for college admission purposes.
