Dr. Joey Beeson

Teacher

I have served at NorthStar Academy in a variety of roles since 2008, and currently, I have the privilege of being a high school teacher and course author.

I am a history enthusiast and love teaching students how to be good stewards with their financial resources. In addition to my ministry at NSA, I serve full-time in the Berkeley County School District (South Carolina, USA). Also, I am a husband to a NSA teacher (go Mrs. Sarah Beeson!) and a dad of five children.

Experience

Over twenty years of teaching, curriculum development, and administrative experience in PK-12 and higher education – public, private, online, brick-and-mortar, stateside, and overseas.

Previously served for seven years with NICS at Bandung Alliance Intercultural School.
