FROM THE TEACHER
Do you ever stop and admire the beauty you see in nature? Whether it’s sunlight and shadows, colors in a sunset, details in a butterfly wing, or the deep turquoise of ocean waves, our hearts long to express the beauty of what we see by putting it down on paper. Watercolor paints are the perfect medium for this. Paintings can be very simple and quick, or they can be surprisingly complex, depending on your goals and your willingness to try new techniques. Join this class and be mesmerized by the swirling colors on your paper. Learn to create effects that are surprising and exciting. Most importantly, find a unique way to express yourself on paper through the timeless medium of watercolor painting.
