Software and Technical Support

NorthStar provides each student and supervisor with the installation software for FirstClass, NorthStar's communication system. FirstClass should be used for all school communication. Assignments must be submitted in formats consistent with Microsoft Office or Google Docs. Any additional software requirements will be specified in that particular Course Description. Students, parents, supervisors and schools must be prepared to accept the responsibility for the operation of their own computers, software and networks. NorthStar technical support will assist with your system where possible with emails, phone calls or live online support, but the individual is ultimately responsible for his own system.
