This online high school course in technical writing equips students with the skills needed to communicate effectively in workplace and technical contexts. Students will explore the conventions of technical writing, learning to integrate visual elements, work with sources, and tailor their writing for specific audiences. Beyond writing mechanics, the course emphasizes key traits such as integrity, clarity, and professionalism—essential for effective workplace communication.

Throughout the course, students will practice a range of technical writing tasks, including explaining processes, writing instructions, and crafting professional documents.
